Terms of Service

By deciding to use a platform of Werkstatt42 (referred to in the following as "Werkstatt42") through an account (referred to in the following as "Account"), a service of bauland42, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

bauland42 reserves the right, to change the terms of service at any time without notice. You understand and agree that if you use Werkstatt42 after the date on which the terms have changed, bauland42 will treat your continued use of Werkstatt42 as acceptance of the updated terms. General terms

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Werkstatt42
  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of your account, your password and cookies (see Privacy Policy). bauland42 declines all liability for any harm which may result from non-compliance to this term.
  • You are responsible for the content that you store in Werkstatt42.
  • It is not allowed to use Werkstatt42 for illegal activities. You must abide by the laws, including (but not only) the copyright, that apply in your country when using Werkstatt42.
  • bauland42 reserves the right (but is not obliged) to reject or remove content.
  • Use of Werkstatt42 is at your own risk.
  • You are aware that bauland42 orders the necessary hardware, software and technology from third parties such as service hosting providers.
  • You are aware that your provided content may be transmitted unencrypted and across multiple networks.
  • bauland42 does not guarantee that Werkstatt42 (a) meets your special expectations, (b) works uninterrupted, safe and flawless.
  • You are aware that bauland42 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of Werkstatt42, including in particular: loss of profits, data or business interruption.
  • You acknowledge and agree that bauland42 sends invoices, which you can print from within your Werkstatt42 account. If you wish to receive invoices by mail, please contact us. We charge a service fee of 5 Euros per invoice.

If you fail to comply with any of these terms, we will have to disable your account.
